As a parent of a student at Kent State, I want everything to be effortless and safe for my child. Signing a lease with University Townhomes has been such an relaxed process and very easy to communicate with the staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for somewhere to live in the fall semester!

Although I have not lived in the townhomes yet, I know all my roommates and I are super excited for that time to come! The tour, leasing process, and staff were exceptional and I would definitely recommend taking a tour and learning more about it if you're interested.

I toured this apartment last Fall and IMMEDIATELY fell in love with the place. The greenspace in the back and the layout of the townhome really sold me. I am very excited to move in next Fall with my four best friends!

One of the best if not THE best apartment to live in in Kent! Very reasonable rent, new appliances, open concept, and lovable community. I will be renewing my lease no doubt!

So modern and the appliances are new. It is a great place to live with roommates. The kitchen is a great size so everyone doesn’t feel crammed while making food.
