I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I have loved living here and could not ask for a better apartment to live at. The community and area feels very safe. I am able to walk my dog daily, always feeling safe with friendly neighbors. The price is very affordable, especially given the high quality neighborhood and apartment. I have only ever had minor maintenance issues, but they are fixed within 1-2 days with a note left stating what they worked on. I did have raccoons in the attic, but maintenance... has fixed that. I also had wasps outside on my balcony, but maintenance fixed that promptly. I have loved living here. I do not think I could find a better apartment complex given the low price and great neighborhood.

Do not live here!
I've honestly wanted to move out since the first week I moved in. These apartments have holes in between windows & doors so bugs constantly get in, maintenance doesn't take care of animal pest issues and seems incompetent. The buildings are so old that floors are creaky and I can hear neighbors going up and down stairs and walking around. Walls seem thin.

Front Office
It is VERY clear that the front office only cares about the rent check from you and absolutely NOTHING else. Every request for privacy has not only been ignored but seemingly blatantly violated with out a single notion of caring. So much, in fact, that they make YOU feel reprehensible for THEIR poor judgment.

Management Won't Enforce Rules
Complained multiple times about broken rules by others and management will pull out post-it notes and write it down but that is where it ends. Nothing changes.
Living spaces are out dated and threre is no preventitive maintenance except maybe a furnace filter for the 1990's furnace.
Other dogs poop on the lawn and we get a notice?
New tenants can't park between two lines and have loud music coming from unattended cars....what?
