Great spacious apartment, granite counters, quite large, near to everything
I have lived in Orange Summit for a year and a half, maybe a bit longer. The community is safe and the people are polite. I have never had my car messed with nor have I ever felt unsafe. I also have a unit with a garage adjacent to the unit. There is a breezeway so unloading groceries is easy in the rain.
The location is up 23 in Orange Township. The commute is quite easy because it is next to 23. There is a large Kroger in Walking distance as well as other stores and restaurants. If I want... something else, it only takes me about 10 minutes to get to Polaris from here so shopping is easy. The area is not very built up yet except for residential houses so walks are easy and the area is very quiet.
My apartment is quite large. It is almost 1200 ft2. I have 2 bedrooms one larger and one smaller but both are quite comfortable. There are also 2 bathrooms so when guests are over they don't need to use the master bath. The design is an open floorplan with the kitchen open to the living room. The ceilings are quite high, 9 feet, and have crown moldings to give the place an elegant high end look. Everything was new when I moved in and still feels new.
If I had one thing to say about the apartment it is that the place is the most spacious I have ever rented. I never feel cramped. There is a tremendous amount of room and it is well designed.
For recreation, there is a club house with a pool table, poker room, arcade games and a large sitting area for functions. There is also a very clean pool and a gym. I have a pet so I often take walks along the running path and the sidewalks. In all it is very pleasant.
In terms of maintenance, they are very fast at repairing anything wrong. I have only had 2 issues in the apartment but both were acted on that day or the next.
The managers, Kendal and Claire, have offices in the clubhouse and are always pleasant and helpful if you have questions or issues. They couldn't be more approachable and effective. They made life here quite pleasant. If I wasn't moving, I would stay, without reservation.
