Spacious area !
Love our apartment! Have had some issues although I feel like you have that anywhere you go. Great floor plan, two bedroom apartments with basement. For the price you can't beat it! Good part of town right by the Lima Mall! Had some basement flooding during excessive rain, but landlord was happy to install a second sump pump which ceased any flooding issue. Smoker friendly. Not pet friendly. And easy to work with. Super on call and willing to do little things such as relight pilot lights and... unlock apartment when locked out. Decent sized closets. One and a half bath. Love our apartment!
