Apartment
I am very happy with my brand stove and fridge I got when I moved in. The carpet, however, is super old and needs immediate updating, as do the cabinets in bathroom and kitchen. I live on the second floor, and was told the first floor apartments got new carpet and were recently updated. Overall, though, it's a good place to live for a little while. It does the job, but don't expect anything more than that. The kitchen is too small and dark for me, but that's expected of apartments. Sliding doors… bring a lot of light in after noon into sunset - really nice! Balcony is a plus, and the hook-ups inside are my favorite feature! The place does have a laundry room, though, and an indoor pool, both of which I have never visited.
