Buckeye Trails is an apartment community in Lockbourne, OH
Ryan the new manager has made this community the worst it has ever been. They do not keep up with mowing the property or cleaning up trash. They raise the rent and lowered the standards. 528.00 lot rent for new residents and 650 for old and that does not include your home. Crime is an issue because parents have zero accountability. You'll notice most residents have security cameras. Dogs are unleashed and crap everywhere and Ryan does nothing.

Place is looking very nice
They have done alot of work and their homes are very beautiful
