Additionally, a sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8. The home includes three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a full trundle bed with a twin bed underneath, while the other has a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king bed, along with a desk and chair for added convenience. The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a large dining room for up to 8 and offers gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
