Arbor Grove Lorain

Moving from Virginia to Ohio was one of the most stressful times in my life, especially trying to find an apartment that would accept me and my pets. From my very first phone call, the team at Arbor was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and were very understanding of everything I was going through.

Now that I've been living here for a while, I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The management and... maintenance teams are friendly, quick to respond, and communicate well whenever I've needed assistance. They also have monthly pest control, and I haven't had any bug issues since moving in.

One of my favorite things about living here is how peaceful it is. My neighbors are kind and respectful, and I genuinely feel safe. I never have to worry about my belongings being stolen, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

The community has also made some really nice improvements, including a comfortable seating area in the lobby and a picnic area outside. They're great places to relax, enjoy the outdoors, or take my dogs for a walk. As a pet owner, I really appreciate having a welcoming environment where we can spend time outside together.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was stylish, clean, and located close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Apartment management would rather sell new apartments and upcharge the rent then fix problems in units where people stay. Front door is broken, been broken for months. No smoke detector in laundry room. Laundry room doesn't have dryer hooked up in the back. People walking around asking for cigarettes or money. Prostitutes come in and out of the building all day. Random people buzzing your doorbell even though the door is broken and unlocked. Hallways smell gross. Leaking showers and toilets from... apartments upstairs. I would find somewhere else to live. Its an awesome place to live, the manager is a very generous and nice person the building is kept clean and the studios are great! Full size kitchen tops it off without sacrificing room in the rest of the apartment!
