Moved in recently due to a job transfer. Very easy and smooth transition thanks to office staff! Maintenance has been great too! Love living here!

Great Place To Live!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and love it! Maintenance is quick to fix any issues in my apartment. Management is wonderful and attentive.

I miss it here

I lived there for 5 years and loved it. Clean, not a lot of noise, and Danaye the office lady is super nice. Had to move out of state for work and hate my new place, wish I could move back.

Great place to live

Carriage Square Apartments is overall a nice place to be. Overall, it is quiet, well maintained, and well kept. It is also in a great location between Cincinnati and Dayton, and I would not consider going anywhere else.
