Trash and over priced

Party place! Ashland college place in the making! Every building you can smell weed!
If your a family person run lol. Not for family's or a place set up until you get a house. They make you pay for everything if you brake it though. But just replace it and you should be fine.

Maintenance man left his equipment in my apartment after fixing mold near floor bord. I had to drop it off at the office on a weekend.

Mold, Female Brown field wolf spiders are bigger then my hand. Showed to site manager… and apparently they can't do anything about it.

I ended up getting flees from my Neighbor that takes in Stray cats. Big cat problem here, so bad a coyotes stay around to eat them.

Its sad when you get up 3 days out of them week smelling Cigarrette smoke and need purifiers near AC unit.

And Nats are a problem here.

Real Cost to Live Here

First of all the rent is high if you can't get government assistance. The cost in the winter is especially horrific due to having to heat the apartments. You need to get a history from Ohio Edison not the apartment managers they are not truthful. Renters are getting heating bills over $400.00.not the $150.00 like management wants you to believe.so you will sign the lease. Maintenance is a joke

College Students

These apartment buildings are located off of E. Cook Road and sit back off the road, very nice. The young lady who took us around was very friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, had new carpet and pretty nice bedrooms. The building we were in was quite and people were pleasant outside. Good Price on apartment.
