Worst ever

Worst place we have lived.
Apts are built very poorly where you can hear everything that goes on above you. Spiders are awful and prepare for your allergies to flare majorly due to the “nature preserve “. Even maintenance says this is a huge complaint here. They offering spraying but doesn’t help. We kill several spiders a day not just an occasional one. That’s not even the worst part.

I have reached out to the staff many times about loud banging above me where my dishes rattle. If you have a... dog above you, forget sleeping. I even had family over that have heard the noises.

Amenities are awful with a small pool and gym that gets over populated daily. So if you are looking for something nice I would go somewhere else.

This place gets many poor ratings that they sent out an email last month asking everyone to post about what we LOVE about the place to get in a drawing to win gift cards. I’m pretty sure you can’t do that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Used to love living here ...

And then we had a very unfortunate customer service experience. When you're paying an arm and a leg in rent - you shouldn't be treated like garbage. There is so much turnover in the leasing office - and I am beginning to understand why. You get what you pay for - and the value at Palmera isn't much. Save your money.
