Great location & good value for the money. Can’t say enough about maintenance & office staff. Service calls are down usually within a day. I had bad mold problems at my last apartment complex. Glad I can breath better!

This is my 2nd time living at Deepwood. The service & management are great! The grounds are kept clean. I love the landscaping & common grounds. I enjoy using the pool in the summer. The rent is reasonable since it includes most utilities. It comes with the garage space which is very helpful during the winter months. I am happy living here.

This place has poor management period! The manager is so rude, and could care less when you have problems. She will tell you that is just apartment living, and you have to get used to it. The buildings and grounds are not kept up at all. The outdoor lighting is so poor, that you don't even feel safe walking at night. Every year they raise the rent at unreasonable amounts, and could care less that your a senior citizen on a fixed income. The happiest day of my life is when I finally moved out of... this place.

The grounds are kept clean. I love looking at grass vs. looking at a parking lot. The price is good since it includes most utilities. The service request are done within a few days. The maintenance & office staff was helpful upon my move-in. I am happy living here!
