This place is excellent because it is spacious and great if you are trying to raise your children in a good and friendly environment. This place is very safe, quiet, and respectful. The property manager is great. He is very accommodating towards your needs and concerns. The landscape looks horrible, maintenance never shows or it's weeks later, they never answer the phones or call you back if you leave a voice-mail.

They take forever to fix things, the rent is not worth what they are asking for, they don't enforce rules, the neighborhood kids are wild asf the parents do don't watch them and there's always trash everywhere. I tried planting some flowers to make it look nice and the next door neighbor's kids pulled every last petal of my tulips. If you like nice things, don't move here

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The property manager and maintenance live on site. They are the nicest landlords. It's a quiet neighborhood. Close to I-75, shopping, and restaurants. My 3 bedrm townhouse is very spacious. Lots of closet space. Jacuzzi tub is nice. Rent is affordable and reasonable for the size of the homes. If you're looking for a home, Robin Springs is the place to be.
