Not really great. Wouldn’t live here anymore.

As soon as I walked in there was roaches coming up from the kitchen sink. They didn’t fix the heating and ac till I moved out. The company that they went with for pest control is one of the worst company I’ve ever seen.

Serious Depression

I’ve caught mice and rats almost every day in my apartment. I moved in and asked them to get the rats nest away from my door. Trash, used tampons
, used diapers all over the grounds here. I can’t sleep now. I’ve developed stress disorders and I can’t relax AT ALL. The rent IS cheap but maintenance WILL NOT SHOW UP. I cry every day and every night. Ive asked for Nicholes contact information and Rikya stone walls. I have water leaks. Someone attempted to break in and I still can’t get help. I’m… not safe here. I’m forced to pay and these rats will probably kill me in my apartment and Nichole won’t know until my rent is way past due. I spent my Christmas Eve and Christmas with mice and rats and that’s the tip of the iceberg. IF YOU READ THIS AND YOU BELIEVE IN GOD PLEASE PRAY FOR ME. Hopefully your prayers reach before my eminent death. - The Resident You Ignore

decent for the price yet confortable

Williamsburg Place Apartments is a nice affordable apartment complex just off the I-75 Middletown exit. the apartments themselves are smaller yet confortable. The residents are people you would miss if you left and the on site maitenance is great to. The landlord is very nice and she cares about the residents of this complex. The only problem i have with this particular complex is that the kitchen doesn't come with a dishwasher but even thats easily dismissed by all the good things about this… place
