Young Professional Paradise
A little known fact about New Albany, Ohio is that it is actually a haven for the ever growing Columbus young professional market. There are an abundance of affordable, yet well taken care of apartment complexes that are in tough competition to fill their units. Clifton Park on the Boulevard of the Live Preferred Communities offers cheap rent, a Vegas style pool and grill, miniature bowling alley, pool table, free tanning beds, an on site masseuse, and an excellent workout room. Oh yeah, one... more thing...FREE BEER EVERY DAY. Clifton provides a keg each day for residents to take advantage of and as a recent college grad with a full time job and newly married, this offer has been well received. Clifton has thrown multiple social events that have had us well connected in the community. It is pet friendly and the units themselves are incredibly nice. With only a 15 minute drive from downtown Columbus and a 5 minute drive to Gahanna, we never run out of food and entertainment options. Do yourself a favor and just move to Clifton Park on the Boulevard if you truly want an amazing living experience.

This is a great place to live.... peaceful lot of greenary with all facilities club house , swimming pool with regular cleaning and refreshmemts... pet friendly, brnad new gym, bowling n pool ...friendly atmosphere helpful staff and beautiful designing.... love this place....

Luxury Feel W/Ammenities (proceed w/Caution but by all means proceed)
I have lived here for over a year and just renewed. I formerly lived in a single family home so this was a major downsize (in unit storage is limited depending on your unit, however they have garages). Preferred Living does an amazing job of making appealing apartments with high ceilings, classy decor, luxury amenities and at a reasonable price. I love the community feel because the common areas are conducive to meeting other residents. What they need to improve on is the quality of... construction. My utilities are high and I can hear my neighbors way too much. It is very noisy in the units you can hear toilets flush, loud music and TVs, cabinets close and anyone walking up the steps in the corridor. They need to sound proof! Luckily try to keep an open line of communication with my neighbors and be respectful of them as well. My recommendation is to tour the place and ask a ton of questions. Not just of the staff but residents. Enjoy!
