Nice pool!!

Nice area but floors and walls are thin. Too noisy. Old appliances that increase your electric bill. Outside is clean and well maintained.

Chevy Chase would be happy

if he sat on my balcony overlooking the in ground pool. This apartment offers everything at an affordable price. It is conveniently located downtown with a view of trees and beautiful landscaping. Management makes sure you are taken care of and comfortable by fixing a maintenance issue in a timely manner and remodeling the property. Not only is the apartment beautiful, but the people here are friendly and helpful.

Best Place I've ever lived

I truly love Arlington Arms! The maintenance crew and management staff are amazing! Very well maintained and quickly follow up on any issues I may have! We have a summer picnic. And the pool is a great addition! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!
