Rude Staff

I didn't live here, but the office staff declined to give a tour or an information brochure. We said we were looking for apartments, and all they said was that they're full. No time line for when openings would be available. We asked to see a model or a tour of of property, and they told us no. We asked for a brochure, and they told us no too. I get that they're remodeling and changes are being made, but they could've given some information about the property, like what's being remodeled or a… tour of the outside.

Good place to live

My apartment is in a convenient location, right off of Brrokpark and Columbia rd. 5 minutes from the mall, 2-3 minutes from target and walmart. Restaurants, bars and other great shopping centers just minutes away

The apartment itself is fairly clean. On site laundry room is fairly crowded sometimes, but it depends on when you decide to wash.

The owners of the property are rude, unorganized and dont know what they are doing. It takes them 2 weeks tops to cash rent checks. The leasing lady is… fairly nice, although you can tell sometimes she gets frustrated.

Greatest secret in North Olmsted

I have been on this property a very long time.
Office staff, maintenance personnel are the best!
The property is well maintained.Landscaping is second to none.
The property is pet friendly and family welcoming.
