No response when $349 application fee is paid

I put application in about a month ago (9/2023), no approval or denial. Where is $299 “hold fee”?

great experience

During the time I was here I didn't have any issues. The people were nice, maintenance was always on time, they made it real easy to pay rent and the office staff was professional. I don't know how it is with the new company Millennial but I think I might return good or bad.

Literally just ok

Basic apartments. Dated dirty hallway carpeting. Elevators, washers, dryers and doorbells consistently break down with lengthy repair times. No apartment updates but the price for rent shoots up at least 30 bucks every lease renewal. Back hallways are filthy 5 of the 7 days of the week. Good luck with the leasing office picking up the phone. The corporate office is terrible on so many levels. My building was quiet. That’s the best compliment I have for this place.

Don’t move here

It’s a good apartment if your looking for something quick to move into. Elevator is always broke and water gets shut off at least once a month . There’s minor details they don’t tell you when signing your lease that eventually turn into big problems. Highly don’t recommend
