Columbia Woods Apartments

I lived in Columbia Woods for 2.5 years (1 bedroom apartment) and I absolutely loved it. It's quiet, there's a good range of people of all ages and the management is second to none.

One time, on a Saturday, the lock broke on my door. Within 30 minutes, maintenance arrived, replaced the lock, and gave me two new keys. You can't beat that kind of service on Saturday!

The only downside is something I've experienced at every apartment: they aren't very energy efficient. In the recent brutal... winters, I tried to put plastic wrap over my windows and balcony door, bought a space heater, and was still facing $150 electric bills (the apartments are totally electric).

My husband and I have lived here for three years but due to career changes will be moving farther south. This has been a great first place for us and we are going to miss it as well as the amazing staff. The apartments are conveniently located next to a grocery store and community park. It also has great highway access not more than a few miles away. Beyond being a great location the staff is always working hard to make your living experience a great one. If we had any issues, maintenance was... always there that day to fix it. They are often having events for the community such as taco night, pancake breakfast, or pool party night. We've also used the clubhouse for several wedding related and family parties and have enjoyed having the great space available to use for a small fee. We sold the codo in Green.Found this place and the staff worked hard to get us in ,on time. The staff makes this a wonderful friendly,community. We have 8 units in our building. We have children as neighbors,and everyone has pets. We live on the second floor,and can't hear any noise. The deck is nice and overlooks the pond.
The staff has given us a pancake breakfast,a chili cookoff,pool parties etc.
Hope to stay. We also have an opportunity to get $100,off our rent by playing window bingo once a... month.
