You'll never get your money's worth here. The landlord raises the rent as much as they possibly can every year, but will not maintain your apartment. If you need your walls painted or new carpeting, you're on your own. The pool hasn't been opened in years, the elevator breaks yearly, and there are MAJOR plumbing problems. If it's the best you can find, you could do worse. Just don't expect much.

Been here for over two years, the manager claimed she didn’t know about the ROACH problem but that was a lie. As someone who is not familiar with it, there was a small white sticky trap during the initial walk thru (didn’t notice it at the time) but once the critters started appearing that’s when it dawned on me that that’s what they were for. Confronted her about it but she claimed she never knew but how did the traps get there if you didn’t know. This place is too expensive to also be dealing... with this. The management is rude and communicates with you as you were an idiot child. Nothing works...pool, elevator, laundry facilities. Water shut off without notice. Rent increases yearly, up to $50, but no improvements made. Theres nice furniture in the lobby, but the whole place is nasty. Please stay away.

LAND LADY IS EXCELLENT,DOES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOUR MOVE AND STAY HERE A GREAT ONE.THE ONLY MAIN PROBLEM IS WAY OVER PRICED,AND RENT TENDS TO GO UP EVERY YEAR.MOST PLACES TAKE CARE OF THE RENTERS AND USUALLY RAISE FOR NEW RENTERS.NEVER SEEN THIS SET UP BEFORE.NEED NEW DOOR FRAMES SO OUTSIDE DOORS SHUT AND LOCK FOR SECURITY.CLOSET DOORS ARE LOOSELY FIT AND COME OFF TRACK ALOT,BUT GIVEN THE AGE OF PLACE THINGS WILL HAPPEN.LAND SCAPES NOT BAD,WOULD RATE 3 OUT OF 5 STARS.PARKING IS VERY...
