I would not recommend living here. There have been ongoing issues with packages being stolen, and management has been very unhelpful. After my package was stolen, I asked if they could review the security camera footage to see what happened\. I was told that the cameras are not used to investigate stolen packages, which completely defeats the purpose of having security cameras in the first place.

As a resident, I expect management to take theft seriously and make an effort to help when… incidents occur. Instead, I was left without any assistance or accountability. If package security and responsive management are important to you, I would think twice before renting here. Read More

I have been living here for more than 10 years. Ashley, Jasmin, Lori and Carol are great. Repairs are done in a time matter. The Maintenance crew are very professional and prompt. They just repainted my entire place and replaced the bath room flooring, it was done with such ease and professionalism. I can not thank the maintenance crew and Management staff enough. I really do appreciate everyone. Here's to looking at 10 more years at Kimberly Park Apartments.

My boyfriend has been a resident for almost 5 years and myself just now around 3 years. We have nothing but positive things to say about Kimberly Park, their management & maintenance team. When we have a concern we bring it up & they handle it within a reasonable time frame. Our one bedroom deluxe is incredibly spacious & there is so much versatility within the unit. The balconies are massive & we’ve been able to grow a small garden on ours every summer. They recently upgraded to a keyless entry… into the main building which is amazing when your hands are full! The massive elevator is useful for moving in and out, and adding new furniture to our unit. That was incredibly helpful when we got our bedroom set & new mattress. While I cannot speak to the experiences of others, my experience living at Kimberly Park Apartments has been nothing but pleasant.

The apartments themselves are quite large, with modern amenities and plenty of room to entertain, cook a nice meal, and give your pets spaces of their own -- I know my cats have enjoyed it! My apartment is comfortable, warm, and well-insulated. Each floor is also equipped with a modern laundry room with new machines and plenty of space to fold clothes.

The staff… have been nothing but thoughtful and accommodating, and nothing less than professional, helpful, and kind. If I had any concerns, they spoke with me and worked to find a solution. If I had any questions, they were there to answer them. My last apartment was nightmarish, with management who never had time for me or responded to my attempts at communication. I know this is a low bar to pass, but when you contact the Rental Office, you WILL get an answer. They are open for long hours pretty much every day. You can enter the office to speak with someone, you can call, or you can write an email! Someone WILL get back to you. Coolest of all is the apartment's new integration of the Henri app, which allows you to communicate directly with staff and post rent payments online. There are also numbers to call in the event of after-hours style emergencies.

I will say this, however: do not send your Amazon orders to your apartment address. Send them instead to the address listed for the Rental Office. They will gladly accept and hold your package, and the Henri app will notify you that a package is ready for pick up. Originally, I had ordered a Christmas present from Amazon and the idiot courier left it stranded in the public mail room and someone took it. This is not the fault of KP -- they have reached out to many couriers and asked them to leave packages with the Rental Office and not unattended in the mail room (but not everyone listens, unfortunately). Regular letters, and even large legal-style documents sent to you, however, are safe and secure in your locked mailbox. You DO NOT have to worry about letters, magazines, documents being stolen.

Amazon-thief aside, the tenants here have been kind and lovely. Don't let what one jerk did dissuade you from considering KP. This is a wonderful place to live, and I have very much enjoyed my time here. It has actively improved the quality of my life.
