Pleasant Lake Apartments

I stayed here for over a year, overall I would say it's a great deal for the value compared to other places. Close to Tri-C and Parmatown Shoppes. It's a quiet complex and the neighbors are considerate. The grounds are well kept, they put out lovely Christmas decorations and beautiful flowers in the spring. The lake is enjoyable to drive or walk around and they did good work with the complex's landscaping. Staff is super friendly and helpful, at least in my experience. Water and heat were… included in my 1 bedroom so I only had to pay electric, and I took advantage of the discount at signing.

They had geese at the lake for a bit and the honking was annoying but I haven't seen the geese for a while. You're about 20 minutes away from Lakewood if bars are your thing, not many good ones near by. York Road is also getting some construction in 2021 so it won't be as bumpy. Excellent apartments! Wonderful staff that works in the rental office ( Vicky especially!) Great apartment and grounds. Maintenance staff is great!

I have be a resident of the Manor house for over 5 years. my experience has ,for the most part, been stress free. The people who work here are friendly and professional. the ground crew do an excellent job. The maintenance crew is very helpful and responds to request for service in a timely fashion. the office personnel always take the time to say hello and ask how your doing.
Over all , I have enjoyed me 5 years at the Manor House.

I love pleasant lake apartments. They are pet friendly, clean and very helpful. all my neighbors have dogs and are very friendly. When our dishwasher broke they were there later that day to fix it. I was very pleased. Over all this is the first place I've ever lived that really felt like home. And the special you get for the first year is fantastic! Overall an excellent place to live.
