First, there's no on-site management or maintenance. There's never any parking when you get home from work and nothing gets fixed in a timely manner.
Everything you see advertised, including a playground or assigned parking and the privacy fences are a lie. They removed the fences and said they were putting in new one's. That was 2 years ago. They decided that we couldn't grill out anymore but dont worry, they were putting in grilling stations. That never happened either. There's no… big tree's shown in these pictures so who knows how old these pictures are. Repairs are not made, even after calling week after week after week. The ac constantly goes out and they don't care if your child has asthma or other health issues. There's no parking when you get home from work and no regular maintenance. The drug activity was really bad until the last 6 months.
Management is always changing and the one now is very unpleasant no matter
how patient and nice you are. She doesn't know how to be civil and thinks it's okay to talk disrespectful. You're supposed to accept it or she'll just hang up on you. Right after we moved in we saw the neighbors carry in live chickens. Then an hour or 2 later there's a bloody board or cut log on the porch. The pungent curry smell is so strong it comes through the walls. Rules constantly change depending on the kind of day management has. They don't put your rent check through until its convenient and then try to charge you with a late fee months later. That only happened a couple times.
