Management change

My review from a year age is no longer accurate. Management change is the reason. The lake is still very nice. I do not feel safe or appreciated. The management now screens their calls and and does not return your call the same day. I called to report an incident that happened over the weekend. The neighbor across from me decides to act out by opening and slamming his door for over 20 minutes. . The intention intimidation. The attempt to report the situation was serious. Unfortunately… the management is not.

Very helpful and sweet office workers!

I have not applied yet because my timeline for moving has changed multiple times and I am not looking to move till June anymore, but Kristen is so so helpful in answering my questions and helping me plan to move. The complex is so beautiful and the amenities are amazing to the eye. They took us on a wonderful tour and to my eye while walking around, their very small office staff is doing an AMAZING job at running the property! So far, they have been the BEST leasing staff that I have worked with… .

Great property and management

We have been living in the Lakes at Woodmont complex for nearly a year now, and have enjoyed nearly every aspect. Any minor issues I have submitted to management or maintenance have been resolved in a timely manner. Not sure about the other reviews here that say the buildings are not well insulated, as our electric and gas bills have been quite low. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Further, the office answers emails and phone calls readily and often responds even during non-office hours. The… grounds are well-maintained. There are three aspects I think could be improved here: first, the pool is not heated. Secondly — and this is not management’s fault; they remind residents frequently — people do not clean up after their dogs. Finally, the current management does not offer month-to-month rent following completion of a first-year lease. Aside from these aspects, I am completely satisfied.

In my short time of living at Lakes at Woodmont, I am very pleased! The property is very clean and well maintained. The property manager is very professional and responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend this location!
