Three Meadows Apartments

I've been here over 2 years now ans overall, rent is good, considering location in Perrysburg. Close to everything & the highway (which is also a bit of a detriment as two buildings run adjacent to I75. I do wish a sound wall would be constructed).

Management & maintenance are extremely responsive & available. Someone always in office mon- fri during business hours and emails or messages returned either same day, or next business day. Melanie does a great job!

Pool & picnic area are nice... and typically not over crowded. Also, next to Three Meadows Park and in the niddle of the neighborhood.

Units were built in 78, so yeah. a little out dated, and they do push to repair items (appliances) rather than replace, almost to a fault, but I understand they are running a business and keeping costs down.

My building & neighbors are very quiet and never have to complain about noise or behavior issues.

They do have a gym and a common meeting room in the same building as the office and the workout area and meeting space needs an overhaul and upgrade. Exercise equipment is extremely out dated and area really small. Planet Fitness is around the corner and again the pool is clean and park nextdoor, so other options are available.

Since 2017 I have lived here and I have had multiple issues with no working appliances, and vandalism to my automobile. I would not recommend living in these buildings.

I lived in these apartments for the first 15 years of my life. The staff knew me and were always friendly. The apartments are kept up with and kept clean. The pool was redone and is salt water and beautiful. There is a park right next door in a neighborhood great for families and people who want a peaceful living experience.

By far the best place we’ve ever rented. We have lived here for three years. The staff is all very friendly. The property is very well-maintained and clean. The maintenance staff is always very punctual and all repairs. The apartments are very spacious and have a storage space. The complex is built on a beautiful park like setting. There is a park within walking distance with two ponds and beautiful walking trails. We plan on living here for many years. The only bad thing is that your rent... goes up each year. But it is well worth every penny that We pay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live. Read More

This is the WORST place I've ever lived. People stealing packages, management is unreachable and hard to work with. The phone doesn't even direct you to the main office anymore...they send you to the Michigan office to deal with your problems. a JOKE! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Spend a little more to live somewhere else.
