Titleist Club Apartments

I lived here. The images are definitely photoshopped and you aren’t allowed to use your fireplace anymore. The buildings are old and nothing is well maintained. When I left they were still “planning” to fix the huge pot holes in the parking lot..which they had been planning for 3 years. The only upsides are that apartments are large and there’s a carport to use.

The property was well-kept and exactly as described. Communication was timely and professional throughout the entire process.

We thought this would be a nice apartment that was updated/renovated with reasonable rent. Rent just keeps going up every year for no real reason, and the apartment is problematic. Cracked toilet that they did not want to fix, exposed wiring, the balcony looks like it will collapse any second, and pieces of the roof are falling off. These are only the big things. There are a bunch of small things that keep adding up. Covered parking spaces are in need of updating, too.

They will lie. They will use poorly qualified labor to turnover the unit. They falsely advertise the vinyl flooring. The property manager told me I'd have vinyl flooring. The day I moved in I had carpet. The insulation is terrible and you can expect the unit to get incredibly humid during the summer. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix stuff and there's a lot to fix. We’ve had three different cases of water damage in the last nine months. The building is full of cheap building materials and cheap repairs. Water damage on the walls and ceilings was sanded away and painted over, except for the drywall that was dripping with water and black mold. We were without power for over a day in Winter with freezing temperatures, without hot water for a total of 7 days between all repairs, and without our washer/dryer for more than that due to having to remove them from... the room for them to repair it. Management did not care about the hardship that the repairs caused and did not find any alternative housing while we were without power. I lost a lot of money in missing shifts and food going bad from the power being and they offered to cover less than 30% of what I missed for the troubles. If everything in your apartment works for your lease, there won’t be problems. But BEWARE, if anything goes wrong they will put gauze on the bandaid that didn’t hold and say “Good luck!” Read More
