Great management!!

Was looking around in the around for a new place to potentially stay I took a tour with Benny he was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions everything seemed very well maintained.

Waterstone Landing and Hospitality

I have had a wonderful experience at Waterstone Landing! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and always feels welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Nolan for providing outstanding customer service throughout my experience. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the residents. He made the leasing process easy and has always been willing… to answer questions or help whenever needed. If you're looking for a clean, quiet community with an amazing management team, I highly recommend Waterstone Landing!

Great Leasing Agent and Hospitality

I recently toured with Benny R, and he was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel genuinely comfortable and excited about the property. The hospitality and professionalism he showed made this one of the best tours I’ve had, and it definitely helped solidify my decision to sign a lease!

FABulous Management Team

Benny Rodriguez and the entire management team went above and beyond to help my daughter and me feel comfortable and welcome at Waterstone Landing Apartments. We spent three days looking at over 20 apartment properties throughout Toledo, and were so thankful to stop in to Waterstone and meet Benny.
