Quick and friendly staff spacious new home

We recently experienced a house fire and needed a place to move into immediately. Jess went above and beyond to get us settled in as quickly as possible, and Annalisa has been so helpful with any questions we’ve had along the way. Chris has taken care of any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. The community here is extraordinarily quiet, and I absolutely love the landscaping and how serene the pond is, it’s such a peaceful place to come home to. Waterstone Landing has been a true relief... and comfort during a stressful time, and the staff makes it feel like home.

Updated and Beautiful!

I moved in last month and my place was updated with stainless appliances and new light fixtures. I also put in a maintenance request and it was completed day of!

Great Place to Call Home

Maintenance is quick to respond and office staff is very kind. The theater room is a fun extra for movie nights!

Feels Like Home!

Living at Waterstone Landing has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The apartment is cozy, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with quality finishes. I love the sense of community here—neighbors are friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's relaxing by the pool in the summer or using the fitness center year-round, there's always something to enjoy. Highly recommend to anyone... looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live!
