Great maintenance

This complex has been such a peaceful place to call home. The grounds are always tidy and the landscaping is clearly well cared for. My building stays quiet at night, and I feel truly at ease here. The maintenance team is great! If you’re looking for a calm, clean environment, this is the place!

Quick and friendly staff spacious new home

We recently experienced a house fire and needed a place to move into immediately. Jess went above and beyond to get us settled in as quickly as possible, and Annalisa has been so helpful with any questions we’ve had along the way. Chris has taken care of any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. The community here is extraordinarily quiet, and I absolutely love the landscaping and how serene the pond is, it’s such a peaceful place to come home to. Waterstone Landing has been a true relief... and comfort during a stressful time, and the staff makes it feel like home.

Updated and Beautiful!

I moved in last month and my place was updated with stainless appliances and new light fixtures. I also put in a maintenance request and it was completed day of!
