Apartment Interior Well Appointed & Quiet, but Common Areas Undermaintained

Overall the units are well constructed and interiors are in good condition and quiet, however management has been very disappointing in their lack of responsiveness and failure to maintain the outdoor common areas.

The property is marketed as "luxury" and priced accordingly, but is not maintained as such. This year no mulch was put down in the development and dead plants removed a year ago have yet to be replaced. Also, the lawn and show plow services have been quite disappointing.…

Management can be a challenge to contact and gets defensive when requests are made for routine items. That being said the maintenance team does an excellent job on mechanical repairs.

Apartment Interior Well Appointed, but Common Areas Undermaintained

While the apartments are well built and comfortable and fellow residents are friendly, the property landscaping and lawn care are lacking. The maintenance staff does a good job of routine interior maintenance.

The development is marketed as "luxury" and is priced accordingly, however the landscaping, lawn and snow removal fall far short of that.

No mulch was put down in 2026 and dead bushes that we removed have yet to be replaced a year later.
