Highly unprofessional management

My roommate abandoned the lease before the lease end. She left with all her belongings. Then this apartment management gave me such a difficult time to get out of lease. They are refusing to accept my move out notice withiut her signature and threatened me that if I move out, they will automatically renew the lease month-to-month and I will have eviction record if I leave. They also tried many ways to coerce me to not to submit move out notice. I had to obtain a legal assistance for the… apartment to finally accept my move out notice (needed to send it via certified mail with formal complaint submitted).
They aslo charged me the highest security deposit I've ever been charged, and they sent me a uncashable check to refund security deposit (full depoait amount was on the check but it was not cashabl).
Not worth signing the lease if you want to have a peaceful move out. It was simply shocking how the apartment management handle move out of a good tenant (never pays rent late, left the property as clean as when she came in). Never seen such unprofessionaI apartment management. I strongly suggest not to sign the lease here.

Terrible maintenance

We have asked repeatedly to have three different issues repaired and no luck. The most pressing issue is the ceiling in our downstairs apartment is drooping due to an upstairs leak. We reported this well over a year and there has been no action. Extremely disappointing.

Greensview Apts.

I think Greensview Apartments are the lowest monthly rental rate of any apartment complex in the major Columbus suburbs. It is very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Greensview

For the price, this apartment should be updated. The price keeps going up every year and maintenance is awful and never fixes the problem on time or the first time. The management had the parking lots re-sealed and my neighbor has a brand new Honda Civic that's white and they splattered seal all over her new car. She had to get a lawyer for the apartment to take responsibility to get a new paint job paid for. I wouldn't recommend this to people who have had an apartment. First timers just out of… college, it's decent and the location in on point but again, the price is too high for the lack of quality.
