Nice

They are nice apartments in a quiet area. The heat does get expensive in the winter, but overall nice place to live. A star was taken away for poor insulation and drafty windows in the winter.

This is a Nice Complex.

But, it is not a good fit for me due to it not being Pet- Friendly.

Wouldn't recommend it

The apartments are nice enough and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. My problem lies with the landlord who is very unprofessional, refuses to return my phone calls after I left messages two days in a row and emailed her, and put a notice in the mailbox of everyone in my building to get rid of cats we do not own in seven days or be evicted because she will be checking our apartments. I'm glad that I my lease is up in May, I can't get out of here soon enough.

Nice place but management is ehhhhhhh lets just say if it was not for the management I would have loved heatherwood but because of management I would not recommend that anybody live here

Outstanding

Rosemary is a great person whom helped me move into my first apartment. Communicated everything with me great and in a timely manner. Items were fixed quickly and professionally. Work caused me to move out early and Rosemary walked me through the process and set everything up wonderfully. Community is quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. I cannot give enough praise about Heatherwood Apartments and its staff.
