This studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Pets are welcome, with an additional pet fee between $100 and $300 based on stay length.
Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
Smoking and parties are prohibited. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day.
