These apartments feature fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms complete with toiletries. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Each apartment has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees.
Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
