These studio apartments feature inviting living areas and fully equipped kitchens. You can enjoy a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Up to two pets are welcome (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]) with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
