Redwood Sandusky is a great place to live. It's quiet, clean, and in a great location. It was so good, our move was to another Redwood community

I'm in love! Jill was an excellent rep for the company, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very patient about answering ALL our question ins.
I fell 100% in love with the apartment too! Seems like mgt will be very responsive. Can't wait to sign!

Exceptional Experience So Far By "so far," I mean since 2019. Our first Redwood residence was in Delaware, Ohio. Then in 2025, we decided to move to Sandusky, Ohio into the new Redwood Neighborhood.
Like like Delaware, the property staff is top-notch. Only quibble is that despite selecting the same floorplan, the MB bathroom lacks a medicine cabinet and the guest bath/laundry room lacks a second cabinet above the washer/dryer area.
That said, there is still plenty room for personals and... supplies and storage but I do miss the extra cubic feet of storage capacity we had before.
