WiFi is shared with first-floor tenants, but connectivity should not be an issue. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. No smoking is permitted, and pets must be approved before booking. Be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the first floor. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $400 monthly utility cap, with reimbursement required for overages exceeding $25. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage reimbursement, except for WiFi and security system. A credit card authorization form will be provided upon check-in.
