Williamsburg Village Apartments

Residents now have to pay for water. We don't have our own meters, there's only me and one other person living in the apartment and our water bill is $100 a month. Ridiculous. The maintenance take forever to come fix something then have an attitude when they do come. They are disrespectful and tear up the whole apartment to fix one small thing. Residents now pay for all water used on this property. There are no meters for water so residents pay when the grass is continuously being watered and for all the water used in the laundry mat. They simply get the water bill and divide it up equally among all residents. Sounds real fair don't it. Add $100 a month for water. Maintenance now runs the sprinklers continuously.
