The other review is a lie, this place is amazing!!!

I first saw this apartment complex in November and I loved it. However the one building was at capacity and the other building wasn’t quite finished yet, so I waited 4 months. They got approved in February and I moved in at the end of the month. If you are looking at this place definitely schedule a tour with Lori or Rada thy are both super sweet and helpful. The apartments are just as pictured to the tee. They are bright and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away. The price is such... a deal for everything this place comes with.
I truly am thankful to have an apartment here! P.S sometimes the ladies are busy so just be patient they WILL get back to you! Good luck! :)

Happy so far !

A nice team of employees here, everyone is helpful and friendly. My favorite thing in the apartment is the huge closet ! Plus, it's only a short drive to Kent State and I can ride my bike to shopping and food across the street. I'm glad I found this place !
