Great apartments with great amenities

Have lived here 20 years & love it! The area is safe and you won’t find a better location. It’s close to 71 & Turnpike, shopping, restaurants, medical and personal services. Walmart, Aldi’s, Giant Eagle, Marc’s, Costco, the Public library, schools, police station and Mall are nearby. It’s very close to the Cleveland Metroparks. Set back from the street, noise is minimal. The apartments are good size and the bedrooms are the largest I’ve seen locally. Heating and water included. Hallways and… foyers were updated recently. It has a new pool, exercise room, updated laundry facilities and a locked package room with video. Housekeeping cleans within the buildings daily. Parking lots are resurfaced annually. There’s regular grounds landscaping & winter snow plowing. Maintenance and leasing office staff are cordial and responsive. It has good sized storage units and garage is available at reasonable cost. This is why I’ve called this complex home for so long.

Absolutely No Upkeep to Maintain Safety

They do not do any general upkeep on their buildings. For years, the elevators have broken down for weeks on end. My grandmother has gotten stuck in an elevator for 10 minutes then when it finally opened, it was two feet above the ground. They say it's fixed, then the next week it's broken again. The most recent incident is a very clear failure to maintain the outside of the building, as one of the overhangs in front of the main door completely collapsed on one side, where my brother and… grandmother were standing just minutes prior. They are so lucky that nobody was hurt. KEEP UP WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR BUILDINGS SO NO ONE HAS THEIR LIFE AT RISK, FOR GOD'S SAKE.

Apartment living at it's best

OK I lost my house to foreclosure and had to move into another dwelling. Looked around and found The Towers at Falling Water. Spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment which fit my needs. Free heat and water. The only utility I have to worry about is electric, cable, internet and phone. Driveways are cleared early in the morning during winter. The apartment is close to Southpark Mall, the Metroparks, and anything else you need to get to in the suburbs of Cleveland. Doubt if I'll move to any… other apartment complex.
