The place is old and expensive for what you're getting. Lived here 1 year and were excited to upgrade significantly for only $100 more a month. The windows didn't shut well so electric was high. The walls are quite thin. The AC unit had mold that we were told was wet dust. The area is safe and did us well in the year we were here, but it would never be my first option.
