Early Payment Discount/Promotional Offer
Lessee, who has been renting for more than two months and has a 12-month lease, is eligible for a promotional discount of One Hundred Dollars ($100) off the monthly rent for any month in which rent is paid in full on or before the 5ht day of that month.
• The standard rent amount remains due on the first day of each month.
• To qualify for the discount, all rent and applicable fees must be received by the Lessor no later than the 5th day of the month
• If any portion of the rent is late or otherwise unpaid by the 5th, the discount does not apply for that month.
• This promotional offer terminates at the end of the lease and can be terminated at the discretion of the lessor, but any changes will be provided in writing at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
This discount applies only to rent and does not apply to late fees, utilities, security deposits, or other charges under the lease agreement.
