I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. If you value your safety and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
Hazardous Snow Removal: Despite the high rent, snow removal is practically nonexistent. The parking lots and sidewalks remain ice rinks for days after a storm, making it dangerous just to walk to your car. It’s clear management doesn't prioritize resident safety once winter hits.
Maintenance is a Joke: Getting anything fixed is a nightmare. I’ve had to submit multiple requests for... the same issues, and even when someone finally shows up, it’s a "band-aid" fix that doesn’t actually solve the problem. Maintenance requests often go ignored for days or weeks without any update.
Disrespectful Customer Service: The office staff is friendly when they want you to sign a lease, but that changes the second you have a problem. They are often rude, dismissive, or completely unresponsive to emails and calls. If you try to follow up on a repair, expect to be "jerked around" with excuses.
It is frustrating to pay so much for a "luxury" experience only to be treated like a nuisance by management. Save your money and find a complex that actually cares about its tenants. Read More

I've lived here for almost a year and a half. At a quick glance, the place looks nice until you look closer. The complex is definitely showing its age. The maintenance staff are great and try their absolute best. They just need more help. The pool is NOT heated regardless of what they advertise. The bottom of the pool and the walls of the pool are constantly green. Zero water flow in the pool, even with a new pump installed. Missing tiles and grout make for extremely sharp edges and an... unsafe pool... The pool needs a haulover. Grills at the pool have shown their age as well, ignitors dont work, and half of the burners are broken. The air filter in my apartment has never been changed outside of me buying my own and changing it. Walls and floor are thin, and you can hear your neighbors all the time. Office staff is great with the exception of the property manager. She is very unapproachable and appears that she dislikes her position. Rent keeps increasing. However, the luxury and selling points of the complex keep declining. There are better options out there for similar monthly rent. Read More

Michael the manager is very nice and also other staff members and place is nice and quiet with lovely pool only rough thing is the traffics somedays but 10/10

The management does not care about tenants - they just want to fill units. Our unit reeked of cigarette smoke when we moved in, were told they would look into it. Never heard from them again. We submitted our renters insurance paperwork 3 times and they lost it every time, ended up having to pay $170 once we moved out due “not providing renters insurance” when we moved in. I submitted proof we were insured the entire time we lived there and were told “tough luck, not my policy you’ll just have... to pay it”. Stay away from this place! Read More

Chelsea Place is an Excellent place to live.
I have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience .
The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly and my apartment is well maintained by them.
I enjoy the clean atmosphere and all the great amenities here.
The office staff is professional and friendly.Its a very quiet place and I enjoy living here.
