Good Affordable Housing
I have enjoyed living here for almost 2 years. My neighbors are great, scenery and grass areas are beautiful and have very few complaints.
Reasoning for only 4 stars:
-Petty theft occurs in the parking lots, since there is no gate or cameras, security is at a minimum but I personally have never felt at risk.
-Since they are older apartments some things just aren't perfect, like poor insulation, BUT the maintenance that they hire is friendly and timely.

great place outside city of Toledo
We’ve lived here over 1 year and we have loved it. The price is amazing, especially for 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, with in unit laundry. The only issue we’ve had is that some neighbors aren’t very respectful when it comes to smoking and it’s all day. If you are looking in Toledo, you want to look here.

not worth the money
There are a lot of great amenities, very spacious, and nice area. But the units are not well insulated. Can hear the upstairs neighbors and anything they do.
