These apts are disgusting they are old and outdated group five management doesn’t care at all about the upkeep of these apts they tell you they are pet friendly but use dangerous chemicals on there grass they are ridiculously overpriced for the size and amenities if you run more than a couple things at once you’ll blow a fuse the walls are falling apart I’d highly suggest living anywhere else but here I cannot wait to move out

The Fox Creek is very over priced for what they are worth, no pool, no laundry facilities and no weight room/club house and they do not take the effort to make the lawn look nice either, only when you drive by it looks nice but when you come in you will see how terrible it looks in there. The staff here is very lazy, they do not pick up garbage especially around the dumpster area, a lot of times you will see old mattresses and furniture around the dumpster area. Mold forms very quickly in the... shower, on the walls and on the floor. The owner of this complex is very greedy and all he in concerned about is collecting money, a lot of the roofs in here are falling apart as well. I lived here for almost 8 years and not one time have they repaved the parking lot, it is full of pot holes. In my opinion these buildings should be condemned. I'm glad I moved and will not look back and would not recommend The Fox Creek to my worst enemy.

I love the staff here
No matter where you live things are going to go wrong... BUT to be able to go into the office first thing in the morning (I really just walked over because Latoya has good snacks) and the all the staff members are in the office and all as friendly as can be... makes all the difference!

I lived there about a year and half, and moved out a month before my lease term. It smells especially bad outside during summer. Anyway, after I moved out they sent me a bill instead of a credit check they promised to refund me if someone live in my unit. They charged me over 400 for the carpet replace which there was no damage to the carpet and totally look good. $25 repair the bathroom, and other fees. At the end they charged me over $500 extra to repair the room for the next tenant. It's... unbelievable that I paid about $550 rent every month, and still pay this unreasonable repairing fee, what a rip off.I deeply regret by moved in this overprice apartment and good luck to you all
