The property manager that works there, Latoya, was the best part of my stay at Ottawa landings. She was always willing to help fix problems and cares for the people who live there!

Great Management
The Management team at Ottawa Landings makes living here a good experience. Apartments are nice, grounds are spacious and well-maintained, and there's lots of parking. The only downside is that our building reeks of smoke and there is also a smell in our bathroom. However, management has been willing to help out with that they can.

NOT LUXURY LIVING
lived here for three years. the quality of tenants diminished greatly. every complaint/concern begins and ends with the property manager. the rent increases every year, without upgrades. FAR FROM LUXURY LIVING...the apartment is nice but gravely overrated.

Nice place to live
Landlords is a great person, I had zero issues in my 2 years of living there but when I did maintenance was high care I highly recommend.
