Wonderful apartments!

Current resident here! Love this community! They just painted our buildings,doors and fences! Also fixed the fences! Was amazing before but even more amazing now! Super quiet area with friendly neighbors! Love the private entrance to our apartment and all the storage space! Feels more like a tiny house than it does an apartment. No noise ever! Walls are sound proof or so it seems! Perfect location from the mall to holland. Everything within 10-15 mins from our apartment! Including The Toledo… Zoo! Management is super helpful and she really cares about our community!

Love living at Sandalwood!

I've lived here for over a year now, so glad I renewed my lease. They finally hired a manager that cares about the community, I've seen everything improve drastically since Charlene has been in the office! The grounds are kept up and clean and any issues I've had maintenance-wise have been taken care of right away. Such a difference from before. The apartments are a little older, but so quiet and well worth the rent charged. Love being able to see my neighbor's dogs! Makes me feel at home!

Excellent apartments!

Love this property! Nice, clean, quiet apartments. Very friendly new property manager, Charlene. Since she started working here, it has improved quite a bit! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment! Very impressed with the improvements made. Close to the University, good neighborhood. I can have my dog at this apartment which makes a big difference. I have a big dog, but many other complexes in the area did not accept him in their apartment due to his size,… even though he is a friendly breed, and doesn't bark. Washer and dryer hookups in the apartment are a huge convenience. I love having a dishwasher as well. Many perks to this apartment complex!
