Incredible Housing in Toledo

This apartment complex has been one of the best I have ever lived in. It is a historic building, with a beautiful design and so much character preserved within it. The apartment is nice and spacious, with very tall ceilings making it feel so open, and large windows with tons of light. Maintenance has always been very helpful and responsive. With GameFitHQ gym right below, you have the ultimate convenience of getting your workout in just walking down the stairs. The rent you pay is incredibly… reasonable for the quality of space you get, the location, and for included cleaners twice weekly (huge perk!). I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to live in Toledo!

Best apartment in Toledo!

We had the pleasure of calling this place home and are sad to leave. The apartment was spacious, with a very well-thought-out design, updated appliances, original wood floors, high ceilings and large windows that allowed for a lot of nice natural light. The front door lock system felt very secure. We really appreciated the twice monthly cleaning service in our lease as well. You can tell the owner put in a great deal of thought to restoring this historic building. Maintenance is on site and… attentive (and will hang art for you). We appreciated the convenience of living above GamefitHQ gym too! Occasionally, you can hear some noise outside from the nightlife downtown however, this was never a significant nuisance and to be expected with downtown living! We could not recommend this place enough.

A Great Place to Call Home

I recently moved out after living here for a couple of years, and overall I had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, with large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere every day. The layout is spacious, and the brand-new appliances were a great bonus.

One of the things I appreciated most was how responsive the management and maintenance teams were. Any maintenance requests I had were handled quickly and professionally. The… secure entry gave me peace of mind, and the downtown location was fantastic, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment just minutes away.

The only minor downside was that there could occasionally be some noise from the gym below and from neighbors walking overhead. While it was noticeable at times, it was never enough to take away from my overall experience.

I can confidently say it was a wonderful place to call home. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, spacious apartment in a great downtown location.

Too noisy

The living is absolutely beautiful and the location is convenient but they are not worth the price for the noise and there are no solutions to rectify the noise. You hear footsteps above, the gym below, all the noise from your neighbors and they are also not pet free. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, don’t move here!

Wonderful on Paper, Okay in Reality

The building has many high-end amenities that one might find in larger downtown cities, but living at the lofts is an acquired taste that fails to be suitable for most. The lofts have nice finishes and appliances, however the sole elevator is extremely pokey; the trash room is always overflowing ?? and you will hear the gym below you and other residents above you (at all hours). The package concierge system is rarely utilized for deliveries, and the available parking options all require quite a… bit of walking, so think about that for groceries, etc. — given you’ll still be going out to the suburbs for most purchases. The property feels not-yet-ready for prime time.
