The management here are so scummy and do not care about their tenants. I have had issues with cockroaches since I've moved in, that was about December that I started complaining. It is now April of the next yr and they have done nothing about it. They also make you feel stupid every time you talk to them, won't tell you who the owner is, and get pissed off at you for calling on the office phone outside of business hrs to the point of threatening fines and eviction. Awful awful place to stay and... management is so unbelievably incompetent.

Bedbugs and liars
I thought I had bed bugs for months and they constantly reassured me that wasn't the case after performing "checks." They were not qualified and come to find out, when I brought in a professional, I had an extreme bed bug infestation. I lost pretty much everything I owned. Also, I know they knew because I talked with neighbors after it was confirmed and the previous tenant had a severe bed bug infestation.

Never returned my security deposit, ignoring my emails
In addition the poor quality services provided, they refuse to return my security deposit. I moved out about two years ago and they have ignored many emails on the issue.

They never return the deposit
I left the apartment in August 2022 and it's been almost 8 months since they didn't return my security deposit. Once they know your phone number they stop responding to your texts and messages. Worst management ever.

Best apartment in Toledo, OH
I have been living here for about two years, and it’s the best apartment I have ever lived. The staff are wonderful, great management, very friendly maintenance people. I have never had any unsolved issues. They also have a very nice coffee machine offering free Starbucks coffee 24/7. Overall definitely five stars experience!
