Not the best, not the worst

For the most part, the apartment complex is a good place to live and they try to make it as a safe as possible considering it’s surrounded by poor apartment buildings. They have really poor communication when it comes to fees/additional costs on your monthly rent. They don’t tell you about it until you ask and then they say “that’s just how it is”. It’s crazy expensive for no real reason. Before you sign a lease, just be clear about the expectations in fees and payments because otherwise they… will just charge you for things that you didn’t even know you had to pay. I’ve been here for a year and the same neighbors are loud and disturbing even after multiple complaints, so it’s pretty frustrating paying so much money and dealing with the same annoyances while you drain your bank account.

Great management and Staff!

I just moved here a couple of months ago and I do not regret my decision. The manager Dawn is very accommodating to my needs. She is Johnny on the spot and I appreciate that. The Maintenance team is superb. Matt is always walking around with a smile on his face while working. He makes sure to ask us if we need anything and he is there for us should anything comes up. This apartment complex is top notch!

BEWARE - MANAGEMENT CHANGED!

I do not recommend this complex to anyone. Price increases, hidden outrageous fees, very poor communication. Makes for a bad experience all around regardless of how good amenities and maintenance might be. Could not leave fast enough.

Landlord regrets that there will occasionally be people who will post derogatory comments on social media in an attempt to leverage their position or hurt management or a staff person for some perceived slight. Much as we might like to respond in… detail, we do not publicly disclose information about any former tenant’s specific situation. Suffice to say that we dispute the statements posted by this individual, and suggest anyone interested come take a look at the property and meet our staff for yourself."

Don't Do It!

The property IS too good to be true. I've lived here for about 16 months. During that time my car (along with the whole parking lot) has been broken into TWICE. Management could care less. Their idea of doing something is to sometimes have police sit way way up away from the parking lot. They are also never there late so all they are doing is making rent higher. If things weren't bad enough already we have a new manager that is the icing on the cake. Now we get lovely messages like this… regularly. "Residents please do not come to the office spelling of alcohol and/or marijuana. Marijuana is illegal and should not be on the property. If you smell of marijuana you will lose your apartment. Please be respectful for staff and stay away if you smell of either. Thanks in advance."

Amazing!

My roommate and I moved here at the beginning of the school year and we are flat-out in LOVE! It's so close to campus and so much cheaper that the dorms. Plus we each have our own bathroom! No more sharing! The office staff in incredible, especially the manager Maranda. From the minute we took our tour until this very day we have had 0 complaints about this place. The 1 time we needed to have our faucet fixed it was even done the same day. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're not… living here you're missing out!
