home sweet apartment
This building presently is being totally renovated for the first time ever. Built in the mid 70s, honestly the brick exterior is the only thing worth saving during the rehab, and that is exactly what the owners did. But everything else is new, and I do mean everything....so how can it be bad? New windows, floors, appliances, cabinets, walk-in showers, sinks, toilets, AC/heat, ceiling fans, everything. It will have new walking "trails" with a gazebo out back and even a dog run for our furbabies.... It is in a relatively quiet part of town with many friendly, helpful neighbors. It has offstreet parking for those of us who drive, I just cannot say enough about it, and I for one cannot wait to get back in my home sweet apartment.
