Towne Park

I have a lot of good things to say about this apartment community. Let me just highlight a few items.

I know I can count on this place.

I have been easily able to call it home for over 7 years. Everything is here that I need. No issues with noise and neighbors are courteous.

Presently, (as of Feb 22 2026) this place is at its best since I moved here. It gets better with time. From the local administration to the maintenance...they are all good people.

I could not find any apartments like... this one in the Troy area and nearby areas since I have been in this area. If you like being around other people and at a cost that is less than a Towne home, then come here. Yes, they do have garages here, and I could not find any other apartments that have garages.

There are many restaurants and stores (Kohls, Walmart, and more) within walking distance even though the community is not located downtown. A little further than the typical walk would be the Meijer and Aldi's grocery stores (I love both of them) and hardware stores. So basically, almost everything you need within a short distance.

Some things have changed since I have been here that were unfortunate, but understandable and can have a positive reasoning:
1) After COVID, there were no longer office hours on Saturday. A similar reduction in hours of surrounding stores also happened. So, it is understandable for that reason and another reason I can surmise. This may not be forever, but it has been so for a few years now.

2) Packages that specifically come from the postal service (that don't fit in your mailbox) will be kept at the closest post office location (about a 7 minute drive to get through the street lights from here), as the apartment office won't accept any packages. But, this can also be a positive thing, and I do understand why this changed some years ago, and the Troy post office is fantastic. Very nice people. All other parcel carriers can deliver directly to your apartment building.

Other than those two items, this apartment community has retained everything since I have been here and brought a number of things to the next level. Read More

Don’t bother trying to speak to the leasing consultant she is rude and unhelpful. She closes the leasing office early frequently and vapes inside. Completely unprofessional.

We have loved living at Towne Park. The apartments have plenty of space and are well-kept. Office and maintenance staff are all personable and respond very quickly. The facilities are nice and we have had very few issues with noise from neighbors!! The location is great too.

The apartments are very spacious and well kept. The property managers are great and very helpful! They help with whatever you need and take care of any issues you have right away!

Towne park is very nice! Mike is always there whenever needed with a smile!
